Payment Information Questions

You can log onto the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal at to check payment and balance information regarding your Child Support Case. The Web Portal provides you with the option of printing a payment history for your own records.  

You can also use the Ohio Child support Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System to check payment and balance information. This is an automated telephone system. Note that you will need to set up a security PIN number the first time you use this service. This toll-free number is: 1-800-860-2555

Making Payments

There are four ways you can make your Child Support payments: in-person at your local CSEA Office,  by mailing a check or money order,  electronic deduction from your checking account, or deposit into an e-ChildsPay credit card account.
