Summary:
Geauga JFS is seeking a resourceful Employment Services Representative to join our OhioMeansJobs Geauga team. The primary purpose of the Employment Services Representative position is to support the Business and Employment Service Programs for OhioMeansJobs (OMJ) Geauga.  Under the supervision of the Workplace Administrator, this position works with local business regarding talent acquisition, assists job seekers to determine their eligibility for training and placement services, participate/and prepares for recruitment events and generally works collaboratively with local agencies to promote business and employment programs that help remove barriers to employment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent studies and/or experience in human services, social sciences, or business administration
- Demonstrated professional office experience
- Experience with public presentations and working collaboratively with others
- Experience with organizational planning
- Intermediate skills with computers.  Advanced capabilities in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and good driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and FBI/BCI&I background checks
