Geauga County Job & Family Services Honored as a 2025 Northeast Ohio “Top Workplaces” Award Winner

Chardon, OH – June 2025 – Geauga County Job & Family Services is proud to announce it has been named a Top Workplaces 2025 honoree by Northeast Ohio Top Workplaces, a prestigious recognition determined entirely through confidential employee feedback.

The award is based on a third-party survey conducted by Energage, LLC, a leading employee-engagement research and analytics partner. Energage’s survey deeply analyzes critical aspects of workplace culture—including employee engagement, alignment with mission, empowerment, respect and support, growth potential, and equitable recognition. Only organizations with 35 or more employees across eleven eligible counties in Northeast Ohio—Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, and Wayne—were eligible to participate.

Energage selected the region’s top 188 employers for 2025 based purely on what their employees had to say, making the award a powerful testament to genuine workplace satisfaction.
